In-person Physiotherapy

Dealing with a running injury can be incredibly frustrating. Every runner knows the feeling of wanting nothing more than to get back to training, but being held back by pain or discomfort.

As a physiotherapist who specializes in working with runners, my priority is to help you return to running pain-free as quickly and safely as possible. I use a comprehensive, runner-specific approach that may include manual therapy, functional dry needling, joint mobilization/manipulation, and corrective exercise programming. These techniques not only reduce pain and improve movement, but also set the stage for a strong, sustainable return to running.

Education is also a big part of what I do. I’ll help you understand your injury, including which symptoms are safe to push through and when it’s best to hold back. Running injuries are often complex and influenced by multiple factors, which is why my longer, 1-on-1 treatment sessions give us the time to dig deeper. Together, we’ll identify the root cause of your symptoms, whether it’s training load, biomechanics, strength imbalances, or other contributing factors, and create a clear, personalized plan to get you back to doing what you love.
