Whats included?
I deliver all of my training plans through TrainingPeaks, a platform that syncs seamlessly with athletes’ GPS watches and phones. This integration provides a smooth, easy-to-use experience, where you can track your progress, monitor your workouts, and receive real-time feedback. TrainingPeaks allows us to keep everything organized and efficient, ensuring that you can focus on your training without any hassle.
The total price for my coaching services is $150 per month, which includes personalized training plans, unlimited communication, regular check-ins, and continuous support throughout the season. This ensures you have everything you need to succeed while maintaining a balanced and injury-free approach to your running goals.
Clear and consistent communication is key to any successful coaching relationship. Whether you prefer text, phone calls, or emails, I am available to answer questions, provide feedback, or offer guidance. In addition, I schedule regular check-ins through FaceTime or in-person meetings throughout the season to ensure you're staying on track and to address any concerns or adjustments that may arise. This ongoing support helps keep you motivated and ensures your training plan is always aligned with your evolving needs.
